What do best practices in early education look like? Where do they come from? Are we operating in best practices or old practices? This reflective session will reveal that today's early learning leaders may need to unlearn a few things. There are some practices at work today that are not only out of date, but research has shown they should never have been taught in the first place. Lessons from our childhood to our leadership styles will all go under the microscope as we rethink, unlearn, and learn again the very best practices for young children.
